This is Commission Workflow page

This page explains how i usually do the commissions with my client describing every single steps from the very beginning to the end..

What Are Commissions?

Roblox commissions are paid requests where someone hires a developer (in this case, me aka NeoByte) to make custom work for their Roblox project. This includes things like Building and 3D Modeling. The client pays Robux or real money in exchange for the completed work.

How the process first starts with?

A Roblox commission usually starts when a client contacts me via my DM/creating a ticket from my Discord Portfolio Server with a request for work. They explain what they need (like models, building etc.), discuss the price and deadline, and once both agree on the details and client pays the upfront, I (developer) begins working on the commission.

How the entire Commission works?

After the commission starts, the process usually continues like this:

  1. Work in Progress (WIP): I shares progress updates every 16-24hr so the client can review the work.

  2. Feedback & Revisions: The client gives feedback and requests small changes if needed.

  3. Final Delivery: Once the work is finished and approved, the creator sends the final files and receives the agreed payment.

How does a commission ends?

A commission typically ends when the client is satisfied with the final result. After that, the remaining payment is given by the client to the developer, and then the developer shared all the necessary files!! Sometimes it is followed by a review or testimonial.

How does Revisions (after commission) carried out?

After the client receives the file, they review it in their game/project and note any changes needed. They send clear feedback (often with screenshots or explanations) to the developer within 48hr of developer sending the file to them (If time exceeds extra charges will be issued), and the developer updates the work and resends the revised version. This continues until the free revision limit (3 in this case) is reached. Any additional changes will cost extra. However, these 3 changes must be small and doesn't include any prior re-work from scratch else extra charges will be applied.

How can I review NeoByte's Service?

I have a special Vouch Server where you can review my service.
