These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NeoByte's Commission services. By hiring me, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not hire me..
1. Payment
Minimum payment is $20 USD or 5,000 Robux.
If paying via Roblox gamepass, the client must cover tax.
50% upfront payment is required before work begins (non-negotiable).
Remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery.
No percentage-based payments are accepted.
2. Process
Work will begin only after upfront payment is received.
Progress updates (WIP) will be provided every 24 hours.
Clients are expected to respond in a reasonable timeframe for feedback.
3. Revisions
You are entitled to 3 free minor revisions after delivery.
Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the files.
Additional or late revisions will require extra payment.
Major changes (e.g., redesigns, new features, large edits) are not considered revisions and will be charged separately.
4. Delivery
Final files will only be delivered after 100% payment is completed.
Only .rbxm / .rblx files will be provided.
Source files (.blend, .obj, .fbx, etc.) will not be shared unless its an UGC Commission
5. Client Responsibility
The client must provide clear instructions and requirements before work begins.
The client must remain professional and respectful during the commission.
Do not spam for updates. It will be send every 24hr
6. Delays & Inactivity
If the client is unresponsive for an extended period, the commission may be paused or cancelled.
Delays caused by the client may affect the final delivery timeline.
7. Cancellation
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time.
Once upfront payment is received, the order cannot be cancelled by either party.
8. Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for issues caused by the client.
If I choose to issue a refund, only the amount received by me will be refunded.
I am not responsible for covering tax, and a portion may be deducted based on work completed.
9. Usage Rights
The client is allowed to use the work for their project.
Reselling or redistributing the work is not allowed unless agreed otherwise.
I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio and claim that its made by me even after client paying the full amount.
10. Disputes & Chargebacks
Any attempt at chargebacks or payment disputes will result in blacklisting and possible reporting.
